About Us

I established Resolve in 2018 with the help of like-minded friends and colleagues.   The vision was to have a place where we could work, have a sense of belonging, and help people heal in a safe and inviting environment.

We have since grown into a thriving group practice with some of the best mental health practitioners in our region.

As a trauma survivor and consumer of mental services myself, I care deeply about the work we do and how people are treated here.   I am proud to have such a diverse team of highly trained therapists who offer so many cutting edge techniques in treating trauma for people of all ages.  Even our office staff are trained in trauma informed care and are committed to helping everyone who reaches out for help.   Thank you for letting Resolve be a part of your healing journey.

Resolve Mission Statement and Values

Resolve is a safe space for clients and staff to experience belonging, community, and unwavering support.   We recognize the isolating effects of traumatic experiences, and seek to walk alongside those on the path to healing, helping each person know they are not alone.   Through trauma informed care, creativity, and best practices, we will help our clients reclaim hope, restore peace, and recover a zest for life.

Our Values

Hope
We believe that wounds can be healed, change can happen, and life can get better when people have a place to be seen, heard, and understood.

Relationship
We recognize that the greatest tool in therapy is the relationship between the therapist and client. We prioritize ethical boundaries and practices that protect that relationship.

Creativity
We believe that therapy is a healing art using scientific research and creativity to make beauty from pain.

Ingenuity
Our therapists offer services in evidence based modalities.  We are a team that is highly skilled and value continued growth and education as science continues to uncover new discoveries about how trauma affects the brain and the body.

Inclusion
We believe that people of every race, sexual orientation, ability, gender identity, religion, age, and body type deserve to be seen, supported, and safe.  We are unapologetically inclusive, anti-racist, lgbtq+ allied, body positive and believe in the worth and dignity of every person.
