Amy Foreman is a compassionate and highly experienced therapist with 15 years of helping individuals heal and grow. She specializes in trauma recovery and is extensively trained in a variety of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and mindfulness techniques.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Amy is a trained facilitator of Making Sense of Your Worth Groups, helping individuals build self-worth and heal from past wounds. Her sessions are client-centered, focusing on individual strengths and fostering resilience.
With a warm and supportive approach, Amy believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship and deeply values the trust her clients place in her. She integrates her extensive training to create personalized treatment plans that promote healing and long-term well-being.
