Accepting New Clients
Brandyn is a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 20 years of experience supporting individuals on their path toward healing and self-discovery. Her work is rooted in attachment theory, somatic practices, polyvagal theory, and mindfulness-based approaches that support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience. She is IFS-informed, trauma-informed, and integrates nature-based practices into therapy for those drawn to connect with healing beyond the traditional therapy room.
Brandyn works with adults navigating unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and those seeking to build healthier boundaries and more authentic relationships. She helps clients transform their relationship with themselves and others, fostering greater self-compassion, connection, and internal safety.
