Accepting New Clients
Sarah holds her master’s degree in professional counseling along with her credentials as an LPC candidate. During her internship as a graduate student, Sarah provided therapy to various demographics including children, adolescents, and young adults. Her professional experience began with providing school-based therapy to elementary school aged children. Sarah also has professional experience with perinatal mental health. Sarah has provided therapy to individuals struggling with postpartum or perinatal depression, anxiety, and OCD. She is currently working toward her PMH-C credential through Postpartum Support International. Sarah is passionate about working with children and adolescents ages 5-18, young adults, and women who are experiencing perinatal mental health issues. Her goal is to support her clients in finding peace in the midst of their circumstances. Sarah is passionate about walking along side moms who feel as though they are not adequate in their motherhood or that they have lost who they are as an individual in the process. When working with children, Sarah gleans joy from seeing children begin to thrive in understanding and processing their emotions, as changes are facilitated both individually for each child, as week as within the family system. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her fiancé, trying new coffee shops, and playing games with friends.
