Meet Collin
Collin is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Career Counselor with four years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adults and young adults. He specializes in addressing a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, academic struggles, career indecision, and trauma.
Collin’s therapeutic approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based modalities, creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. By fostering acceptance of challenging emotions and actively addressing unhelpful thought patterns, Collin empowers clients to build resilience and live more fulfilling lives. His mission is to help clients discover practical strategies for personal growth while supporting them in achieving their goals.
When he’s not counseling, you’ll find Collin spending time with his family, experimenting with outdoor cooking, diving into a good video game, or embracing his love of all things nerd culture. He also proudly cheers on the Oklahoma State University Cowboys, bringing the same energy and enthusiasm to his work with clients.
