Meet Jo LYNN
Jo Lynn is passionate about establishing rapport with her clients to help them feel comfortable with the big step to trust another with their mental health care. She enjoys using art and sensory mediums in mindfulness and therapy practices. She loves helping teenage girls and women with life’s struggles, strengthening families, and providing alternative mindful healing and tools to those individuals with chronic pain, traumatic hurts, losses, or grief.
Jo Lynn has provided mental health services for 20+ years to Tulsa residents. She has worked with children, teenagers and their families in all areas of conflict or struggle, but also works with adults struggling with seasons of change, trauma, grief/loss and chronic pain. Jo Lynn brings a client centered humanistic approach to client care –being highly attentive to the therapeutic pace and client needs while also offering a safe space for you to “dig deeper” into your situation and collaboratively find healing, resolution, and a way of thriving.

TRAINING
Trust Based Relational Intervention-TBRI, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-TF-CBT, Solution Focused Therapy-SFT, Expressive Art Therapy, and Mindful Stress Based Reduction-MSBR. In addition, Jo is currently training in Reiki Therapy, a form of non-physical energy healing, as a supplemental (CAM) Complimentary and Alternative Medicine therapy which includes a wide variety of botanicals, herbs, nutritional and other modes such as trauma-sensitive yoga, mindful, and meditation practices to compliment the Mind-Body connection.
