Leah Hutchings

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW

Meet Leah

Leah helps people who face emotional or mental struggles find healing, peace, and self-acceptance. She aids people in understanding why they react as they do and gives them tools to cope and respond effectively. Leah loves working with people of all ages including children and teenagers.  With many years of experience working in Hospice, Leah knows what its like to face the pain of grief and loss whether through death, divorce, or life transitions.

Leah believes healing happens most effectively in the context of relationships, and knows that when our relationships suffer, we suffer.  Leah loves helping families get back on track and improve their interactions with each other.

In her therapy with clients, Leah prioritizes having a safe and nonjudgmental relationship with them, collaborating with them, and identifying and incorporating their strengths. When she’s not at work Leah loves being a sports mom and spending time with her family.
