Ashley is an LPC-Candidate with a background in school counseling, where she has supported students in their social, emotional, and academic growth. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate anxiety, emotional regulation, social challenges, and life transitions. Her approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, and she believes strong, supportive relationships are at the heart of meaningful growth. She strives to create a warm, calm, and supportive space where clients feel safe to be themselves. Whether a client is experiencing anxiety, adjusting to life or family changes, or facing behavioral challenges, Ashley is committed to supporting them at their own pace. When working with children, she enjoys incorporating play in a way that feels natural and comfortable, helping them express themselves and feel more at ease in the space. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys reading and spending time with her cat, Pumpkin.
