Brooke is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping people be heard, feel seen, find themselves, and strengthen their relationships. Things happen in life that are unexpected. Life changes, we lose ourselves, and sometimes our relationships fall apart. Brooke’s therapeutic approach is grounded in meeting people exactly where they are in a comfortable and non-judgmental space. She believes there is no “one-size-fits-all” timeline for change, whether you are navigating a season of intense transition or seeking a deeper understanding of long-standing challenges. She believes that creativity is a vital tool for transformation. Sometimes, the language for our pain hasn’t been found yet, and tapping into creative perspectives and evidence-based practice allows us to discover new solutions. Her goal is to provide a collaborative space that honors your unique self and experience. Together, we work to cultivate resilience and growth—not just by “bouncing back,” but by integrating life’s hardships into a stronger, more authentic version of self. She believes true growth is a process of roots and resilience, pruning, healing, and growth. She is dedicated to helping you nurture that process, ensuring that the work done in the therapy space translates into lasting, meaningful changes in your daily life and relationships. Brooke has experience working with teens and adults from diverse backgrounds and her work is rooted in family systems with specializations in TF-CBT, Brainspotting I, Gottman, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
