Jayce is a dedicated and genuine therapist who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. She works with adults of all ages who are experiencing life transitions, relationship challenges, difficult family dynamics, anger, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other personal or emotional concerns. Jayce has a special passion for supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodiverse individuals, and caregivers, especially those raising children with special needs. Jayce is committed to helping clients feel empowered, strengthen their ability to advocate for themselves, and create greater balance in their lives. She values building a therapeutic relationship rooted in authenticity, safety, and understanding, where clients feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their healing journey. Her theoretical approach is influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Holistic Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Relational-Cultural Theory, and Somatic Modalities. Jayce integrates these approaches to meet each client’s unique needs, helping them build insight, resilience, and practical tools for healing and personal growth.
