Accepting New Clients
Jessica is passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, and accepted for who they are. She understands that reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, and she wants her clients to know they don’t have to have everything figured out before they walk through the door.
Jessica works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and the many challenges that come with being human. She takes a warm, genuine, and collaborative approach to therapy, meeting each client where they are and working together to understand what they need.
Jessica believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. She recognizes that every person has their own story, strengths, and experiences, and uses approaches such as cognitive behavioral, strengths-based, and acceptance-focused strategies to help clients better understand themselves, work through challenges, and build practical tools for everyday life.
Above all, Jessica wants her clients to feel like they can show up as their whole selves—without judgment or having to pretend they have it all together. Therapy is a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and have someone walk alongside you through it.
