Accepting New Clients
I am a dedicated husband and father who brings both professional training and personal perspective into my work as a therapist. Over the past five years, I have provided therapy to children ages 5–18, adults, couples, and families, helping clients navigate challenges with clarity, resilience, and purpose. I also have experience working recovery with individuals and in groups. My clinical approach is integrative and evidence-based. I am trained and experienced in TF-CBT, CAMS, Gottman Method Marriage Therapy, EMDR, and Written Exposure Therapy (WET), and I have facilitated group work using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also have specialized training and experience working with veterans, supporting them through the unique emotional and relational impacts of their service. I strive to create a grounded, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, challenged, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
