Kelsey Wiley (She/Her)

LMSW
Accepting New Clients
Kelsey is passionate about creating a space where clients can show up as their authentic selves and feel comfortable talking about the hard things. She works with children, teens, adults, families, and couples, meeting each client with warmth, compassion, and genuine connection. Kelsey believes therapy is not one-size-fits-all. She takes an individualized approach, incorporating EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic techniques to help clients better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and develop tools that work for their unique needs. In addition to individual, family, and couples therapy, Kelsey provides court-ordered therapeutic reunification servicesfor families working to rebuild and strengthen parent-child relationships. She also works with high-conflict co-parenting situations, helping parents improve communication, establish healthy boundaries, reduce conflict, and maintain a greater focus on the emotional well-being and needs of their children. Above all, Kelsey values authentic connection and wants therapy to feel like a place where you can be yourself. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship or family challenges, difficult life transitions, or simply trying to better understand yourself, Kelsey will work alongside you to find an approach that fits your needs and supports meaningful, lasting change.
