Lindsey brings over a decade of experience as a therapist, emphasizing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for every client. She integrates evidence-based approaches—including person-centered therapy, CBT, ACT, and IFS—to help individuals achieve their goals and become their best selves. As a member of the LGBTQI+ community, Lindsey is committed to supporting and affirming this population. She is passionate about assisting those struggling with with depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. In addition, Lindsey has many years of experience working with adolescents and young adults. Lindsey is bilingual and offers therapy in both English and Spanish.
