Accepting New Clients
Tay (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, artist and advocate, who is passionate about holding space for clients to bravely fall apart, unmask and re-discover their inner-wisdom. She helps adults who may feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or burnt-out. Whether it be changing old patterns, navigating a major life transition, or reconnecting to your purpose, Tay provides a calm presence to rediscover, reprocess and recover. Guided by each client’s unique nervous system, Tay integrates many therapeutic modalities including: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), polyvagal theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) art therapy and liberation psychology. Tay is particularly supportive for clients experiencing neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism Spectrum), trauma, C-PTSD, body disconnection, emotional instability, and chronic illness. She often takes a holistic approach considering root causes in addition to systematic influence and spiritual resilience to empower her clients.
