Accepting New Clients
Tristan is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist who works with
children and adults navigating trauma, life transitions, family dynamics, grief, and questions of
identity and faith. He believes healing happens in relationship, and works to create a space of
safety and curiosity where clients can explore what’s beneath the surface and move toward real
change.
Grounded in depth psychology, Tristan is curious about what the unconscious is trying to
communicate, whether through a recurring dream or a stuck pattern, and believes that kind of
exploration can lead somewhere meaningful. With children, this takes shape through play
therapy; with adults, it looks like a shared journey of making sense of things together. Outside of
sessions, Tristan is a husband and father, enjoys staying active with yoga and a local men’s
fitness club, drumming, reading, and spending time with family and community.
